Fly laser marking machien setup, operation, and maintenance guide

For your safety and to ensure the best performance of the flying laser marking machine, please follow these instructions carefully.

1.Printer initial settings &Safety warmings

Electrical safety

Please pay close attention to the following power usage precautions for the fly laser printer before use.

Printer’s power supply or electricity socket must be independent & Electricity must be have earth wire.

Printer must be connect earth wire before working.

Working environment

Stable and clean environment will help your fly laser marking machine working smoothly.

Temperature: 5-40℃

Relative Humidity：30～80%（non-condensing）

Ventilation device is required, no strong shocking and hot body around.  And workshop needs to be clean.

2.Daily operation tips

❗️Please don’t touch, shake, or hit the workbench while the machine is working.

❗️The laser and the Optical Lenses are fragile, and need to be very careful and escape shocking when moving.

❗️If any abnormal situation occurs, stop the machine immediately and contact qualified service personnel.

❗️Follow the correct power ON/OFF procedures every time you use the machine.

❗️Keep both the workshop environment and machine surface clean to ensure stable performance.

3.Detail maintenance tips

Keep the entire workbench clean at all times.

The scanning workbench is precise instrument, and the working environment must be clean.

Clean the transmitting mirror regularly using lint-free cotton fabric + alcohol.

Make sure the machine cabinet is locked to prevent metal pieces from falling in and damaging internal circuits.

If the laser decay and weaken, please turn off the machine first, then re-plugged the USB line between the PC and control card testing.

The lifetime of the fiber laser is 100,000 hours normally, and there won’t be anything wrong in 4—5years.

4.Common issues check

If the workbench doesn’t move, please check the following in sequence:

Check if the main power supply is connected.

Inspect the power line for any damage.

If there is no laser output from the laser, please check the following in sequence:

Verify the laser power supply connection.

Check the software power setting (optimal range is 50% – 90%).

Inspect the optical system for damage.

Try re-plugging the USB cable between the PC and the control card.

There is laser outputting, but shallowly carving even the power is normal, please check:

Check and adjust the focal length.

Inspect the optical system for misalignment.

Clean the transmitting mirror surface (see Detailed Maintenance).

Re-plug the USB cable between the PC and the control card.

If the carving lines are out-off-straight, please check:

Check if the marking head is loose and tighten if necessary.

Confirm the machine is properly grounded.

Check for sources of external electromagnetic interference.
